Are you looking for inspiration, guidance and support?

This is the bit where you can see when and where we can work together — and what it costs. This is often the moment people hesitate, fearful of the ongoing commitment. But the price of a session is similar to what many of us spend on a night out, a haircut, or a fitness classes. The difference is that this investment supports your emotional wellbeing in a way that lasts.

Most clients notice real change within a few months, often finding they spend less on the things that once soothed stress because they simply don’t need them in the same way. And most importantly - This is wealth invested in the one place it truly matters — you.

I offer a range of fee options to keep counselling accessible. These are only available online and in the morning.

ONLINE SESSiONS

I provide both online and offline sessions. While some individuals prefer face-to-face interactions, others find the option of receiving counselling from the comfort of their own home to be ideal and of course this is how my international clients and I meet.

Day £65/Evening £75

Face-2-Face Sessions

I meet with my clients in beautiful rooms located in the heart of Brighton. These spaces provide a cosy and private setting ideal for overcoming your personal challenges.

Day £75/Evening £85

MEET YOUR Counsellor

Recha Gries, Psychosynthesis Counsellor

Hi I am Recha, counselling therapist for over 8 years, single mum (because looking after an adult child alongside an actual child was not an option for me) and about to hit the peri-menopause! All my life, people have found it easy to open up to me. After working in various fields such as event management, travel, and banking, I eventually studied counselling and have never looked back.

Originally from Germany, I have always been fascinated by the human psyche and how our past experiences, societal norms, and cultural backgrounds shape our worldview and influence our behaviour. Some of these experiences can feel like shackles, preventing us from feeling like free agents in our own lives. I myself had to free myself from the idea that my career was set in stone. Quitting a well-paying job to become a counsellor was a leap of faith, but it has given true meaning to my life. In my practice, I work with clients to discover what gives their lives meaning and how they can work towards a life that feels genuinely their own. My approach is grounded in the belief that we all have incredible potential and that by understanding what limits us, we can find ways to live up to that potential.

In my personal life, I am a mother to a little one, and I cherish spending time dancing, attending festivals, and engaging with my local community. These activities bring joy and balance to my life, allowing me to connect with others and share meaningful experiences.
