Speaking to a counsellor can be one of the most positive steps we can ever take. Talking through what troubles us in a non-judgemental, safe and supportive space can be the beginning of having a much better relationship with ourselves and in-turn with others.
Besides the ongoing regular counselling sessions where we work more deeply, I also offer an extended one-off session if you would like a new perspective in tackling a specific problem, and perhaps can't commit to on-going counselling.
